愛芽のストーリー/Venetian Beadsの魅力にに惹かれて

お客様の修理品で出会ったベネチアンビーズ。ベネチアンビーズはイタリアのムラノ島が発祥のガラスビーズで、職人が一つ一つ手作業で創作する為、同じ形であっても一つとして同じものは無い芸術性の高い希少なガラスビーズです。その為、ムラノ島で創られたもののみをベネチアンビーズと呼んでいます。

美しいそのビーズの魅力にすっかり引き込まれた私は、ベネチアンビーズを使ったアクセサリーを創作しました。入荷先の廃業により2015年で販売を一旦終了しましたが、今、この素晴らしいガラスビーズが生み出されるベネチアでは地球環境の問題によって都市の水没が問題になっています。それは同時にイタリアムラノ島でしか生まれないベネチアンビーズという素晴らしい文化をも失ってしまう事になります。今一度地球環境を考えるきっかけと共に、文化から生まれる芸術の大切さを伝える為、愛芽は2020年再びベネチアンビーズのアクセサリーを販売する事に決めました。また新たに始まるストーリー。
